Arrival at the apartments
Serennia's staff will be waiting for you at the building that you have chosen to show how things work, give you the keys and receive the outstanding amount to be paid in cash, should that be the case. It is obligatory to pay a €150 deposit that will be returned when you and Serennia's staff have checked that everything is in the same state as you found it when you arrived.
Once the apartment is occupied and both parties accept the contract, the amount paid to the company will not be returned, except in cases beyond our control.
The arrival time at the apartments is established as 16:00 noon. Should there be any delay or change, you must tell Serennia so that it is known.

Departure from the apartments
To leave the apartment, you must previously inform the staff of Serennia of the departure time. The deadline is 10:00 noon. At this time everything must be tidied up. The staff will return your deposit.
Surcharges
If your arrival or leaving of the apartment takes from 10pm to 12pm or from 7am to 8am you will have to pay 20€ extra cost. If your arrival or leaving from 12pm to 7am you will have to pay 50€ extra cost.
Cancellations policy
In the event of cancelling the booking, Serennia gives your money back, but with a penalisation that will vary according to the notice that has been given.

Guests are asked to keep good habits and respect nightime hours in order to ensure that the other guests enjoy their stay.
It is forbidden to hold parties or noisy events in the apartments.
You are not allowed to have animals in the apartments, except in special cases of disability.
Use the apartments' services in a responsible, sustainable way. Switch off air conditioning and electrical appliances when you go out of the apartment.
Take the rubbish out daily.

Responsibilities
The company and its employees take no responsibility for theft, damage, loss or any other misfortune that happens inside the apartments. Also, they do not take resposibility for personal damage, negligence or unfortunate actions that occur due to lack of supplies or technical problems with the apartments' installations. Should that happen, you must tell the staff of Serennia immediately.
