   How can I book an apartment?


It is very easy, you just have to follow the steps for booking that appear on the home page of this website.
You can also make a booking by sending us an e-mail to the address that appears on this page and waiting for us to reply to your e-mail address with confirmation.
If you have any questions, please get in contact with us by calling the telephone number that you will see in the Contact section.

   How do I pay for the apartment? And what if it is a last minute booking?


To make a booking you must fill in the booking fields with your VISA credit card.
We also accept bank transfers.
First you must pay a percentage of the total as a down payment and deposit, and once you have received our confirmation, you can pay the rest. If you are making a last minute booking, you can complete the payment in cash once you are at our apartments.

   Is there a minimum time I have to stay for?


Yes. You must stay for at least three nights.

   What is the check in / check out time?


You can check in from 16h and you can check out until 10h. Other times can be arranged as long as prior notice is given.

   Will we have a broadband Internet connection for our laptop?


Yes.

   Can I take my dog?


No animals are allowed at Serennia.

   How far are we from las Ramblas?


Serennia Eixample is only 8 minutes’ walk from las Ramblas and Serennia Sants is 15 minutes by underground.

   What is the difference between staying at Serennia and staying in a hotel?


Serennia offers you the comfort of your own home, with the services that you would find in a hotel. At Serennia you have a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge and bedrooms. And if you like, a cleaning service is available.

   Are all the apartments the same?


No. Serennia has one and two bedroom apartments, with room for 4 and 5 people respectively. Some have a view onto the street and others do not.

   Are there accessories in the kitchen?


Yes. All the Serennia apartments have a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking.

   Is there anywhere to park the car?


The Serennia apartments do not have their own car park but there are several car parks nearby with an excellent service and good prices.

   Who will keep the apartment clean?


Serennia provides a cleaning service for the apartment, which is paid separately.
